Your space, your pace, your journey.

Where all parts of you are welcome.

Hi, I’m Alexia!

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering virtual sessions only. I believe that meaningful work in therapy comes from a strong, trusting relationship. Rather than feeling clinical or distant, my approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. You won’t find a power dynamic where I sit back as the “expert” analyzing you. Instead, we work together, having real conversations about what you’re going through and what matters most to you.

Clients often tell me they appreciate how natural our conversations feel. There’s space to reflect, process, and explore things at your own pace, while I gently guide you through thoughtful questions, insights, and tools that can help you better understand yourself and move through the challenges you’re facing.

Above all, my hope is that you leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and more connected to yourself.

A little about me. I’m someone who values curiosity, honesty, and a good laugh along the way, because I believe growth and healing don’t have to feel stiff or intimidating!

My Story

Therapy has always been personal for me. I struggled with anxiety for most of my life, and it wasn’t until my early twenties that I finally experienced relief through seeing a therapist. That experience gave me something I hadn’t felt before, a space that was entirely my own, where I could slow down, explore what was happening in my mind, and work through my concerns without judgment.

That experience inspired me to become a therapist. I want to offer that same kind of space to my clients, a place that is completely theirs, where they can feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate their own challenges. I believe everyone deserves that space, and I feel privileged to walk alongside people as they explore, grow, and find their own sense of clarity and calm.
